A Homemade Women's Side Mini Top Hat (Steampunk, Cosplay, Theater, Reenactment, Costumes).
Very good pre-owned condition. This is a black velvet, headband, mini top hat with pink trim, black lace, black net, pink ribbon and a metal butterfly. Headband stretches. Approximate measurements: hat (not including headband) - 5-1/4" x 4-7/8".
