Vintage Wax Seal Stamp - Hybrid Human Dragon Creature Metal Miniature

Very Good condition. No monogram. There is a pressed stamp "800" near the pedestal area;
I'm assuming the pedestal area was made of .800 silver. The figurine is not made of
silver.
Fine dents or metal nicks, with some metal discolorations and white residue. Unusual
figurine, of human face, long neck and dragon wings. Maker unknown. Circa: 20th century.
