    Description

    For sale is this what I'm calling rare - never seen one like it - late 1800's Postage Stamp Preserver made by Edmond Parsloe Buffalo Erie County NY.  I could find that he was a lithographer in Buffalo in 1896 but couldn't find one of these items.  It includes the 3 stamps pictured early Canada 1 & 3 cent and a US 2 cent.
    As you can see from the photos this is in fairly good pre-owned condition - slight tear on the fold -see photos for dimensions and additional condition report.
