    Ngaady a Mwaash mask, last half of the 20th century.The mask represents the daughter of the great God Woot. The first wife of the first king from whom Kuba royalty descended. The two vertical lines below the eyes running downthe cheeks represent the tears of joy and pain that come with being the Queen Mother.
