    Description

This listing is for TWO pieces of ceramic commemorating two different Camps of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Ohio.
First is a round blue transferware ashtray manufactured by Wedgewood & Barlaston of Etruria in England. It commemorates Campus Martius in Marietta Ohio.  Measures about 4 1/4" in diameter. Has three "dips" for cigarettes.
The second piece is a round blue transferware plate manufactured by Steubenville in their "Adam Antiques" line. A second back stamp indicates that the design of this piece was done by Decorated Ceramics in Cincinnati. It depicts the Christian Waldschmidt House, Camp Dennison, which was built in 1804. It is the Patriotic Shrine of Ohio Daughters of the American Revolution. Measures 10" in diameter.
No chips, cracks, or unusual wear on either piece. Absolutely lovely.
If you are a collector of Ohio DAR memorabilia, this is a must-have for your collection!
