Old seal of the Volyn excise department, Volyn, Ukraine, the period of the Russian Empire, 1860s.
Bronze, stamp, dear old wooden handle, diameter: 33mm., Perfect collectible condition.
Inscription: VOLYN.
For ease of reading, the photo is laid out in a mirror image.
An interesting and very rare item in excellent collection preservation since the reign of Tsar Alexander II.
