  • Condition: Excellent Condition. I would judge this "Close to Perfect". The spine is not cracked or creased because this brochure has never been completely opened or read. This is why I only held the pages apart to take the photos. However, something has rubbed against the open end of the brochure so a very little wear is visible. I urge you to zoom into all the photos to see the condition for yourself.

    .  This means it will reach you in the same great condition as it left me.
