Shipped with USPS Flat Rate Envelope.
October 1996 = about 216 Pages (they count front cover as page 1 and 2) (Looks to be missing page 9 which was most likely an ad for a game or maybe a vendor tear out)
November 1996 = about 268 Pages (Missing page 5 and 7 probably same reason as above)
Other then those it's hard to tell if others may be missing because sometimes they number mail in replies or miss-number pages.
Very interesting articles and a glimpse into the arcade craze of the time.
Some (very few) high lighter and pen notes/underlines in some articles/game for sale listings (not the game ads) from a real vendor of the era (my late father).
